Took off a star because it didn't come with the black cushions on the ends and I had specifically looked for one that had them just in case it was uncomfortable, it being metal. She had no complaints though. I tried it on too and it didn't feel uncomfortable but I also didn't wear it for hours.Got this for my pug’s 13th birthday.
